what are ur thoughts on Kat Von D's Shade + Light palette?

i have used it for over a year but nobody ever tells me my make up is on fleek

here is live motion of me with it

I use Shadowplay for my nose (Lyric for the bridge), and Lucid for my cheeks. The other colors remain untouched.... Is it too little application? Should I go heavier? Wrong color choices? How do you guys use it?

What make up brushes do you use with it? Do you use foundation/concealer apart from the palette?
