You basically can't get a hit nowadays if you don't pander to spotify's 10-18 year old demographic. Million Reasons has shown it has enough interest from the public to at least go top 20 on the Hot 100 but it's not even charting because snapchat obsessed tweens won't ever support a song as slow as that from Gaga (who is seen as really old and uninteresting since Cheek #1 Cheek).

True, but D!ck's last single literally peaked outside the top 90 on Spotify US (didn't do better elsewhere) and radio there still overplayed that mess
