No, only because I imagine it would be career suicide if you want to grow up to be anything other than a party promoter/thot/whatever,
Some of the girls have went to have good careers. Mehgan from season 9 did basketball wives, Natalie and Tanisha are successful with their side projects. But your right, BGC hinders girls more than it helps them. Some of them said people don't wanna book or work with them because of their behavior on the show.
