How is this surprising to anyone at this point? She has said multiple times that she loves the stability it affords her and that it was exhausting to tour, especially with kids. She's happier there. More power to her.
Why are people pretending she has a choice? It's pretty obvious she can't tour because people won't stand for her lip syncing. She is seen as a total hasbeen as well so Vegas is perfect for her. A good business choice from her conservators
