Homeland's Damian Lewis

He just landed a role alongside the all-star female cast of the upcoming movie Ocean’s Eight!

The 45-year-old Emmy-winning actor will play the role of Sandra Bullock‘s ex-lover and the target of her gang’s robbery, according to Variety.

Also starring his fellow Oscar winners Cate Blanchett and Anne Hathaway, as well as Rihanna, Mindy Kaling, Helena Bonham Carter, Sarah Paulson, and Awkwafina.

I saw the first couple Ocean movies, but I stopped paying attention to them. I'm going to go see this movie, though, purely because I love the idea of Rih in a movie with these A-List actresses. It's going to be entertaining.

Kinda disappointed, not because it's Damian Lewis (he's a good actor). But as it's an all female cast, was kinda hoping the villain would be female too, maybe Cate Blanchett.

Oh well, everything can't be perfect.
