It was uploaded well after the song peaked, especially in Europe. Most people probably don't even know this has been uploaded.

The song flopped at radio for several reasons (late release in the US + lack of any mainstream streaming availability in Europe).

Hold Up should have been the lead single for pop Radio and Sorry a US urban radio single (promo single for the rest of the world)
