This is Joanne not ARTPOP. Regardless of how she goes from shorts to a versace archive ensemble, nothing she does will ever be as bipolar as the ARTPOP eras fashion and visuals. Not only were they schizophrenic but half the time they looked arts and craftsy as hell.
