Yes, the last time was earlier this year. I'm so glad I'm still here. Despite 2016 really trying it, I was just reflecting on the year and I made a lot of progress. It definitely had its ups and downs but I'm thankful for this year, I did a lot of growing and am finally just beginning to love myself.
