To those saying no, if you want to leave your country(The US, or any first-world western country) and find refuge in another country should daily circumstances become unlivable/dangerous, you should try "toughing it out" and "suck it up," as that's the cruel mentality you're throwing towards so many others.

Definitely. Screen them if you must but they're people fleeing a war that they've watched kill people they know and they just want to survive and make ends meet to put food on the table for their families.

How did America contribute to this? There's a reason you don't see Libyan refugees around. Those guys are fleeing the Putin and Assad forces that are more concerned with bombing the moderate rebels and civilians than actually fighting ISIS.

I agree that America should be taking in Syrian refugees though. Just no men except the most intellectual ones.

No sweetie. The discrimination is what occurs when those men give refugees a bad name. I'm okay with countries taking in as many refugees as possible as long as it's women, elderly, children and the LGBT
