Bey is black and she looks black;
nothing about her looks ambiguous, especially in the US where the overwhelming majority of black people have varying degrees of European and indigenous admixture and one out of every few black people are around her complexion or lighter.
Then again, given the way you just spelled "color" I'm going to assume that aren't from the US and are looking at what black is through the lens of another society; black in the US means something different than black in most other places. Nobody in the US looks at Bey with any confusion about her race or ethnicity.
