She has a 120 million dollar deal with Livenation for 3 albums and 4 tours. She already did the first tour.

She'll be back in the studio by the end of the year.
It will be a new album by the first quarter of 2011... so she can only be touring while her kids are not in school (july/agoust/september). Just like she did with Hard Candy/Sticky & Sweet in 2008.

Let's not forget she has a CONTRACT with Live Nation to do 3 studio albums and tours in the next 8/9 years.
