Korn have begun streaming their new single “Oildale (Leave Me Alone)” online at Roadrunnerrecords.com for a limited time only. A digital single for the aforementioned track is expected to see a release on July 04th; while the bands new album, “Korn III – Remember Who You Are“, will reportedly hit stores through Roadrunner on July 13th. A special edition version of the album is also being prepared with more details on it set to surface shortly.
I really like the sound that this song is going for. It sounds like it really is Korn returning to their roots, but also incorporating what they have learned over the last fifteen years and applying to this sound. It's very promising for the album itself.
And jesus, a new Korn album really is coming. It's been WAY too long.
