ehm, no... every area on this planet has the right to be independent from a bigger area if the people who live there want it. In a globalized world where human rights are the most important thing and everyone obeys to them, we don't need any borders or countries no more to begin with. It's all so artificial. Only because a couple thousand years ago someone declared this land XY doesn't mean that it cannot change over time... i mean look at Europe.. at one point everything in the east belonged to Lithuania... or Poland or Austria whereas almost the entire continent belonged to Carolingians before that and even before the Caros we had the romans... so r we all italians or what?
