A Colorado landlord is facing felony charges for trespassing after he was allegedly caught on camera having sex in his tenant's bed.
Logan Pierce and his wife are tenants of landlord Carlos Quijada at the Skyway Condominiums in Colorado Springs.
Pierce told KKTV that he was shocked to get an alert on his phone that there was unusual activity in his home, while both and his wife were at work.
