Why would he become the new Jason Derulo? Girl, Uptown Funk, Locked Out of Heaven, Grenade and Just the Way You Are may not become classic songs, but the public recognizes them, specially the young crowd. His tour sold a million tickets in 24 hours and he had to add more dates to cease the demand. When has the guy you brought up done that?

That's What I Like was well received by the Spotify users, hence it debuting on top fifty last week. This album will end up selling decently whether you like it or not. You can keep waiting on Million Reasons to become a hit, and I hope it does since it's a really beautiful song.

Bruno did have iTunes/apple music payola sis I posted it on the iTunes thread every Friday lol. 25 carrots was under hot tracks for weeks it was barely removed this week. It was always there it was the second on the list for weeks when songs are usually just there on release week or if anything important happened but just for like a week lol he never left. He was obviously selling but no song stays there for weeks and that's amazing promo some songs drop out of top 100 as soon as they are removed from hot tracks.

iTunes does not force anyone to buy music, people decide to do it. Bruno has promoted his music and the public has responded well. 24K Magic was removed from the Hot Tracks section yet it's still top five, what is your excuse for that now?

His album is still top five on US iTunes. Is that payola too? He hasn't done any promo since release week.

That is called promo. Bruno was smart to keep his song there.
Other artists should do the same if they want some success.

I don't see any difference beetwen spotify deals or radio deals

Why do people call him Abel instead of The Weeknd? Because it's shorter? But tragic for Bruno, but not awful for The Weeknd, especially in this sales climate.

You clearly don't know what payola is. Paying radios to play your songs every hour is payola. Paying for advertising so that people may choose to purchase your song/album isn't payola. People have a choice in what they want to spend their coins on. That is not payola. Stop trying it with your flawed rhetoric.

Joanne in five months will be in a better place sales wise than DW, mostly because SB and the fact Gaga is a better album seller I guess.

Both Joanne and DW are great albums.

Bruno's numbers are not that bad. Slighlty worse than Gaga's. He's gonna be ok.

Gaga did 43k pure sales and 62k sps. Bruno is predicted to do 39-42k pure sales and 64-69k sps.

Also, his drop is big, 80% is alot. Gaga's was smaller much smaller iicr. Not that it matters. Both are doing good and Bruno most probably will end up selling very good.
