That's the case for women everywhere even in developed countries. Every woman in the world has experienced sexual harassment whether verbal or physical at least once in her life. Even if it was a micro harassment (like rude "flirting") it still counts. This article just seems to be another article trying to make another third world country seem terrible to elivate the first world nations that are under hegemony themselves.
