Kristopher Paro, 24, was in a tree stand in the woods behind his Sandy Creek home when he thought he heard a deer about 100 yards away.
He was unaware that his father Kevin Paro had also gone in the woods that day to hunt, and fired one shot from his .270-caliber rifle.
