I know what she means. apparently we take a lot of unnecessary vaccines through out our lives which actually destroy our immune system. But in general most are 100% needed and necessary.
Literally where in her tweet does she say she "hates vaccines"? Not even the article itself says that. It's a messy article regardless, but the title is just flat-out untrue and baseless.
