Cardio all the way, and lots of it, and that used to be enough, but the body I want today is a little bit different and I know I'm going to have to start lifting some more if I ever intend to build it.
Weight lifting because I get to sneak peeps at all the muscle daddies around. SOmetimes on slower days I like to pretend that I don't know what I'm doing so they will come "teach me" the right way. Hot, narcissistic muscle daddies will flock to any chance to show off their weight lifting prowess and that's when I pounce.
I'm already very lean (about 10% bodyfat, I can see my abs, my veins, random lines on my body which I didn't have years ago, etc.), so there's not much point in me doing cardio anymore.
In my opinion if you're overweight you should do mostly cardio, if you're average or underweight you should do mostly weights.
Weights. I hate cardio, I find treadmills super uncomfortable too
Have you tried Insanity Max 30 (Asylum's great too).
I do it on weekends when I'm not doing weights and it's probably the most effective full body workout ever.
Asylum is like NFL level training
