I never got the issue with only having one or two full albums. AOA is about to have their first one five years after their debut, yet their mini-albums are all perfect without any fillers.
Look at EXID, they had a 10/10 mini-album for Ah Yeah, but Street isn't exactly the tea.
well it's not a horrible album by any means, but they literally went from an amazing mini to a full length album with quite some fillers. I love me an album with a good quality/quantity ratio, even if that means my faves will only release mini-albums.
