When I worked for Target I always fight with the customers over the phone. but i am now working for a Canadian retailer and I just answer emails.

Can you blame us? There was an experience of an agent here who didn't sound like "American" and the customer told him to pass the call to an American agent bc he don't want to talk to a person from a third world country.
