Victoria del Rosal had to be rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the chest during a planned on-screen cat fight that went horribly wrong. The Rica Famosa Latina beauty was injured during what was supposed to be a staged brawl with co-star Sandra Vidal. But the scripted bust-up took a terrifying turn when the pair weren't able to control their emotions towards each other on screen and began viciously attacking one another.
The bosses of the show, which was inspired by the Real Housewives franchise, had allegedly asked Victoria to throw a glass of wine over a mannequin in anger. But, it is understood, instead she chose to smash it over Sandra's head before grabbing a shard of glass and plunging it into her chest.
Footage obtained by TMZ shows the aftermath of the horrific fight, with doctors bandaging Victoria as she sits in a wheelchair with lacerations over her head and chest.
It's alleged that as the pair were being rushed to hospital following the dramatic outburst they were still throwing abuse at each other.
