^ yes she is now a flop. but leona is still more famous worldwide while alexandra is mainly in the europe.

Leona has an actual style to her music which suits her. Her voice is amazing and one of the best I've heard. However, I think Alexandra will last longer, because Alex can keep changing her style in music, whereas Leona has already established herself as a kinda ballad type singer, and won't be dominating the charts in 5 years time IMO.

Leona's album will always sell a ton, whereas her singles won't. But she will always have sell out concerts because she isn't the kind of artisit you get all time.

They certainly have different styles.
Leona is more powerful ballads, and Alexandra is more pop sound.

After Bleeding Love, Leona is a complete no show in the US...aside from Cotton commercials and Avatar/FF13 Soundtrack (which is nothing to scoff at, make your money Leona!).

Regardless, it's Alex hands down.

She's hotter than Leona.


The Silence is better than *any* other Leona Lewis ballad I have heard, and I think Alex is better vocally than Leona. Leona can often come off as flat, and squeally...but Alex has such a powerful and commanding voice.

Bad Boys just slays 98% of all Leona Lewis songs (Bleeding Love/I Will Be as the only exceptions).

Not to mention Alex has personality and sex appeal. Leona is very reserved, and does not have much stage presence....or personal presence in my opinion. I love how caring Leona seems but Alex seems to be more energetic and personable of the two.

I'm not going to choose between them as they're both very different types of singers. Leona has an incredible range and really brings it with her ballads. Alexandra is a bit more versatile as she can do ballads and uptempo songs, but I can't say either of them are better. I'm going to have to stand in the middle on this... especially since life isn't always just black & white/one or the other.

Alex's material is nowhere near that of Leona's and the sales speak for themselves.
