There's a difference between anxiety about thinking there's something wrong and being hypochondriac, I hate it when people use it so easily, like when they say "I'm bipolar" just because you are a moody bitch
when you are hypochondriac you STILL believe you have a disease even the doctors already took the pertinent tests and told you there's nothing wrong with you also you need to feel like this at least 6 months
so no, if you are worried about your health, go to the doctor, stop crying and move on
