I have changed radio stations, hit the 'next song' button on Spotify and taken short snapchats while keeping my eyes on the road, but not often and with discretion. Texting is too distracting and time consuming.
Never. It's way too dangerous. If something happens the impact on your life and other lives can be huge, you could seriously hurt somebody or imagine the insurance refuses to pay for damages.... ugh god no
My favorite place to do it is at school zones because it gives me such an adrenaline rush.
