I've noticed some people have avis that change when the page is refreshed, do you know how to do it?

Forget about it can I just have a gif avi size please [cropped above the text like my current avi if possible ]

From 0:43 to 0:56

I couldn't use all of it because its just way too long and even with cutting some bits out photoshop still crashed a few times so this is the best I could do.

A lot of that sequence looks really bad in a square.
