Yes, it's true because human beings are three-dimensional and it doesn't make you "fake" either. There a lot of things I don't tell my friends/family which is fine. No one is expected to be 100% open. Now being two-faced is a different story...

Yes, not necessarily 3 like that but everyone acts differently depending on who they are or aren't around. Unless this means like literally different faces because that makes no sense.
