This would make more sense if the Senate wasn't currently controlled by Republicans who won't be shutting down everything suggested by their Republican president.

Generalizations? LOL. The majority of white people voted for Trump, including many of the same areas and counties that went to Obama previously. Yes, half of those #ImWithHer drones lowkey went to the polls to vote Trump anyways. I'm not fooled by white liberal rhetoric anymore.

And regardless of what Trump implied, it doesn't change the fact that illegal immigration is a problem. And I love Obama, but since we're on the topic of xenophobia, more illegal immigrants were deported under the Obama administration than any of previous Republican presidents. So people can preach tolerance all they want, but if your actions show otherwise, I'm going to have to go with that.

The Clinton legacy was destructive to the Black community in the 90s, so I have no reason to believe she was going to be any better.

I'm not saying give the man a chance because we should like him, I'm saying America doesn't have a choice so if we're divided as a country and not willing to work with opponents, nothing gets accomplished.

And hm, even over 30% of Hispanic voters disagreed. Yes, illegal immigration is problematic, and Democrats have danced around the issue because they're too afraid to be labeled as "bigoted" as their opponents. Illegal immgration has taken jobs away from working class (specifically Black) Americans and costed the healthcare industry millions a year. Do your research. And I'd argue it's the corporoate elitsts on Wall Street that Clinton was behind that were more damaging to the economy. Yes, that's why I couldn't back her.

I didn't vote. Didn't care who won. And you can make assumptions about who I "voted" for, I really don't care, but I'm not going to be a sheep to a party that's failed to do hardly anything to address the issues that effect my community.

I'm not a Trump fan by any means but the "attempts" to discredit him are getting stupider and stupider. Just focus on things that might acually matter like Jill Stein's recount fund and trying to get Electoral College officials to vote Hillary.

He has a red congress and supreme court. We're not obligated to get behind him. If democrats are tough on him then that's what would be good for the country; Not unanimously opposing only his bills that would benefit the people (Unlike the infrastructure bill that's basically just a scam tax deduction for infrastructural companies)

Again, illegals buy things and pay taxes. Not to mention there are barely any of them on welfare. Obama has deported more illegals than any other president to make sure that the ones here are not criminals or deadbeats so I'm not sure what more can you expect of democrats in that area. We even had an immigration reform that'd get the illegals to pay even more taxes and contribute even more to the economy. Blame the millionaires and billionaires who outsource their millions of jobs, not the few illegals that have been added since Obama became president. Hispanics can be assholes too, you know. It's not a white only thing, obviously.

And you can argue that all you want but Hillary was going to tax them tremendously and force them to raise their minimum wages. She was also going to work with Al Gore to create green jobs that are actually sustainable for the future. She actually had plans that would work for the working class unlike the "We'll bring jobs back from China" bullcrap (which Newt Gingrich has already admitted is nonsense) when there aren't enough trade deals or import taxes to make up for the difference between an 8$/hr worker and a 50c/day slave in China and Wall St deregulation and tax deductions would only lead to the same things that led to the worst economic crisis since the great depression. So you can justify why you wouldn't get behind her all you want but don't expect not to take the same attitude re: president elect especially when his cabinet so far has been one anti-liberal pick after another.

And what is being silent going to do?

He's the president elect. If he gets impeached it'll be because he did something really dumb to **** himself over.
