FHM caters to a white demographic IIRC, so if this is voted by the readership, it is not unexpected that those of African ethnicity aren't in the top 10, I mean over half of these women are ethnic British. Adriana Lima is mixed ethnicity, however.
Like I said, FHM is a British magazine with a primarily (white) British readership and this list is compiled from reader's votes.
That's why 9 of them white. Adriana is not white per se.
