My mother voted for him, we usually talk everyday but I haven't spoken to her since the day after the election
And now i'm not going home for thanksgiving (or so my family thinks) but I think I'm going to walk in the door right as they are cutting into that turkey and get my nice homecooked meal because I'm THAT bitch
Literally my whole family voted for Trump and disliked Hillary.. it was really frustrating and i was livid on the day after the election.. but you ultimately have to put political views aside and move on with life.. i let them all have it and let them know that they contributed to the downfall of America
I'm sure my relatives voted for Trump but I already knew this before the election results. They are very Republican. I just don't discuss politics with them.
The only one in my family is my Grandma and I can't disown ha without getting kicked out, but death will be it's own karma for ha. She literally told me up until the day of that she hated Trump and wouldn't vote for him if he was the last man on earth, yet did it anyway because she's a woman-hating bitch who watched Faux News 24/7

Pretty much the same for me. We're not meeting with my extended family for Thanksgiving as a result

I have uncles and cousins who voted for him but I don't disown them. They were very respectful to me and my parents about the election when we last saw them. We're the only Dems on my mom's side.
