Yes it was floating in the charts for weeks. I was worried that it would not manage to top the chart because of that. I think it hit number one before its physical (they were still slightly important then) release, and its physical didn't sell much at all. I always knew GaGa would be huge in the UK, but I must say I am surprised that she has had so much US success too. She didn't get off to the best start, JD took ages to climb.

She's so much easier to support then my old favourite, Christina(what a bitch ). Bad Romance is probably my favourite song of hers, though I like them all really. The difference with my avatar is that it's actually related to the song and it is not forced. The song is artistic and so is the video. When you have fluffy pop songs with "statement" videos you come across as a fake, which Gaga is. She's an electronic Christina Aguilera, but uglier and with way more success than Aguilera ever had. Just Dance was so awesome as a video because it didn't try to be anything that it wasn't. Same for Poker Face, Eh Eh and Beautiful Dirty Rich. LoveGame was the start of the pretentious, tacky stunts, though still likeable.

I like her! I don't love her. I sort of like her the way you like Gaga. When she first came out, I thought I might stan for her, but her voice and live performances have been a major obstacle to me loving her. But I still like her.
