It should be Adele. No one can touch her when it comes to album Sales this decade. Puro slayage.

Mess. It's all about points not sales. Taylor will surely get this if not Adele or Drake. To be an artist of the decade, you need to slay in all departments (albums, singles, radio airplay, streaming, tour and social media). And again this is not about sales but points. Huge singles will contribute high points but you seem forgot that underperfom/flop singles also contribute a small points. To be honest Drake will snatch Hot 100 considering he has the highest entry and a lot of them were huge.
