i think it's because those celebrities are not that mainstream 'celebre' as gaga and christina, and the designers have to give a bit more to the ones who could show it to a further audience. in fact, neither kelis nor gaga designed that dress anyway.

but still you see how britney's management has made cut all the '3' scenes where britney wears that dress that both gaga and j.lopez have worn. there's something you might need to avoid when two superstars wear the same thing (especially when the stans are largely in feud..)

None of the artists out there right now are "Original". They all get inspired somehow .. so I don't understand the point of this

there's a huge difference between gaga and xtina.

gaga admits to being inspired by pop culture and her creativity stems from everything and everyone POP.

christina acts like she doesn't know who gaga is and thinks shes original and not inspired by anyone but herself.

she would be WAYYYY cooler if she said that gaga inspired her. or at least said some praises about her.
