No. living things are extremely complex interactions of molecules. You would have to change the molecular structure of say a door to make it living. In that case, would it still be a door? Can't I just be a door? Is anything real?

going down the evolutionary ladder, the very first organism would be on a molecular level. It would have DNA or RNA, and from then on millions of years later more complex organisms manifested.
