There has been a natural hair wave movement occurring for the last 3 years or so. Afros are everywhere, they are just more stylistic than traditional the 70s afro.
These look great, nothing wrong with natural hair but big afros like this:
look bad on guys IMO and only certain women can pull them off.

Beautiful! And I would definitely love to see it more with our public figures as well even though it's kind of already been a thing with the black GP for years. It would be so powerful to see someone like Michelle Obama for instance wear her hair without being chemically/heat straightened.
Its interesting seeing this, I mean afros have never left where I'm from and they have always been "there".
