I don't think she's under Island records as of a month ago, and all her videos have a fanmail address to Interscope now. She probably was switched since they're both under Universal. Not sure why she's releasing independently now tho, maybe it's some development deal and she has to prove herself a bit?

This makes sense. Her popularity on social media has increased a ton over the past few months and it seems they haven't really pushed her yet.
