He doesn't mean JB should be nominated because he was hated, he means Purpose music is SO great that made people stop hating Justin and buy it, so it deserves Grammy more than the other albums which people would buy anyway because they like the artists, independent of music quality. It's not sacrilegious to say anything bad about any human lol. Beyoncé has her fair share of critics just like most celebrities, especially these last few years. The difference is that she doesn't use the press or social media to clapback at anybody. If she does address or reference any criticism, it's put in her music.
