1) Monster - Possible #1, but people have complained it is too typical of GaGa.
2) So Happy I Could Die - I think it's underrated & could really surprise people.
3) Paper Gangsta - Mutiformat smash
4) Starstruck - The hit that never was
5) The Fame - Catchy as hell

I honestly don't think anything but the songs from The Fame Monster would be chosen as a new single. GaGa said herself she recorded The Fame Monster to give her monsters something new since many of them had already been listening to her stuff from The Fame for a while (even before the album was released as she used to perform some of the songs in her shows). It'd make sense for the next single to be something from The Fame Monster.
