Women there cannot drive, can be subject to honor killings for "disgracing" their families, can be stoned to death for cheating, and have no control over how they dress just to name a few things.
It's unfortunate that roe v. wade is likely to be overturned, but comparing our treatment of women to Saudi Arabia is ridiculous.

You missed the point entirely. America can no longer take a moral high-ground with regards to other countries' treatment of women and girls. America has elected a man who talked openly about sexually assaulting women, and has called many professional women the most demeaning of names. Now, he is going to allow the abolition of precedent set with Roe v Wade. America can't tell Saudi Arabia to stop the oppression of its women when its leader is a rapist, and the majority of Americans elected said rapist.
Call me extra, call me dramatic, call me whatever you want. America is no longer the country the world looks to for progressive guidance and freedom.
