And as for calling our system undemocratic, you would first have to define what makes a system democratic. Each system has pros and cons. Our system provides each person with a local MP (and almost everyone knows the name of their MP) who represents them in parliament and takes forward their concerns/criticisms etc. That's very democratic to me.

How exactly did I confuse the two elections? I gave the exact figures of two elections you recently had showing very accurately Ukip's sizeable support in UK society. Nothing has been confused.
Fact: UKIP has massive population support but has literally zero rep in your Parliament (1 seat?).
You are saying it is a system that works for your country very well. Maybe for the lucky middle and upper classes, but it doesn't take away the fact that some people (the lower class English) are just terribly underrepresented in your House of Commons.
Tragic that the EU Parliament actually provided platform for this underrepresented UK populous for decades in this allegedly undemocratic system the EU is. (I hope you hear some sarcasm here) And now it is given up by choice.
To sum it up in one sentence, as Darren said, we disagree and I now disagree with you too.
