Yes, I recently started switching them from spanish to english so I can start to understand even more, maybe to the point where I will barely need them.
Sometimes but I am practicing to avoid that since all my focus are on them instead of the film itself. If it's in a different language tho, I don't have problems using them.
Otherwise, I'll find myself staring blankly into the screen
