The PVV isn't going to get more than 20% of the vote. A far-right government between SGP, PVV and VVD would never get a majority of votes let alone a majority in the Senate. The next government will probably still be PvdA-VVD with help from all middle parties, because only 8 Senate seats belong to the PVV.
The nature of Dutch elections make it impossible for a clear right or left majority. All leftists eventually join one party and all rightists go to one party out of strategic voting, which is why either GroenLinks or SP (maybe even PvdA) will become the second biggest only to the VVD.
Nothing to be scared of for Germany either. I'm pretty certain that NATO will survive. A Trump presidency gives a nice excuse for our leaders to pull through with the EU foreign policy and defense union. In the long long term it might be a good thing.
