Everyone knows the rebel groups turned on each other and that's why I said it is a must to start arming and recruiting the Libyan military under an appointed leader then commit a mass genocide of all extremists (Militant or non-militant ones) in the cities under Islamist control. First, the link you provided leads to a CIA file, which contains a really inconsistent data. For one country, there is data from the year 2005, for another from 2015. There is no year or date for the information about Libya. There is no exact data (just a general statement implying the situation may be very bad) meaning the exact data couldnt have been retrieved directly, indicating that the table reflects the chaotic situation after Gaddafis regime was overthrown.

You can read a study about how their data were retrieved and weighted, forming a statistic table, ranking each country based on multiple factors (everything from poverty index, gender inequality, social inequality, health care, access to informations to even environmental issues and so on).

Well since you wanna end the discussion, I'll just make it quick. I already said Libya had a high GDP. It doesn't mean that the wealth reached the entire country. A third of people lived under the poverty line. And guess what? Your study has been done by America too.
In 2009, Gaddaffi promised to distribute the wealth among the Libyan citizens and it never happened.

And as I said, that may be a war crime in your eyes but its alternative was a holocaust of millions of Muslims so yeah I do no condemn the actions of NATO. Countries build statues of their previous leaders. Wasn't aware Bill Clinton was a Kosovan leader

But I do agree with you that the arming of the rebels has to stop. They have to recruit a military. Foreign countries to arm that military and impose some charismatic leader on Libyans and start a genocide of all extremists in Libya because that would be the only way to restore peace in Libya. As long as militant civilians who hate each other are able to walk around, they're not gonna regain their country. Many of those groups went from being patriotic to wanting to take over the government and that's treason that must be punished.

Libya was way better off under their leader before intervention than they are NOW. Hillary is responsible for the mess in Libya. There is no way to deny that.
