There are some really great confirmed/speculated stories about songs that were meant to lunch album's promo campaign but ended up being postponed (like Rihanna's Love On The Brain) or even scrapped from the album (like Britney Spears' Get Back). I'm making this thread because I recently find out that Here Comes The Weekend was meant to be Pink's The Truth About Love lead single but it end up not being a single at all.
Adele considered "Send My Love" for the lead single of 25, but felt like "Hello" represented the album better and would've been a better song to come back with because of the lyrics.
All in My Head (Flex) was originally going to be the lead single to 7/27. Then they changed it to Work From Home as the US lead and That's My Girl as the international lead. Then they changed it to just WFH
