Yeah, this isn't a single. It was on the Bouquet EP, so if they wanted to make it a single they would have done it before or immediately after Roses.

That is a very rare thing for any station to do, though.

The only thing I can think of is that Z100 is in New York City, and the song is called New York City, and maybe the song was played for a reason relating to that.

But if it was #1 on their request countdown that really makes no sense.
