Everyone else knows he won't. Not because he doesn't want to but because he won't get funding for it.
And vetting to get into the US (legally) is ridicilously hard already. Don't let Republican talking points convince you otherwise
And when it comes to illegal immigration.. a ****ing fence wont help LOL. People usually stay illegally after booking a one way flight.
