You're comparing saving lives to selling discounted TVs.
That's what comes with the territory of being in the medical field. If someone is in life or death trouble, she can't just say "nah I'm good, I'd rather finish my dinner".
OT: Cyber Monday >>>>> Black Friday anyway. I'm convinced that within the next decade, the physical aspect of Black Friday won't exist anymore and all of these "deals" will be done over the internet. It's already been happening more and more every year.
