Whenever I'm walking in the crowded center of Milan, there's always some douchebag smoking a cigarette and polluting the air that tens of other people walking around him breathe.
As you guys know, secondhand cigarette smoke is even more dangerous than the inhaled substances, so I was thinking: in my own future dictatorship, I will BAN smoking cigarettes in public places, including normal roads and parks, for health reasons. making it only possible in your own private house/yard, or in selected smoking areas.
Also, I'd rise taxes to the high heavens like they did in Australia to encourage a healthier and less stinky lifestyle.
