It basically says to mourn if you need to now, but pick yourself up and what to do moving forward afterwards.
This is our reality, and it sucks, but it's a done deal. This article is saying 1) how it likely won't be as bad as some people are assuming, and 2) what we can do to move forward from this as strong as we can.
We live in a different world thankfully than those times, although there's still clearly much work to be done.
