1. Nazi-Related Trump Graffiti Found in South Philly

On the 78th anniversary of Kristallnacht, during which Jewish-owned businesses and buildings across Nazi Germany were attacked and destroyed, Philadelphia police are investigating an act of vandalism involving swastikas and president-elect Donald Trump’s name painted on the storefront windows of the abandoned Meglio Furs at Broad and Wharton streets in South Philadelphia.
Cosmo Baker of nearby Garrett Street said he saw a picture of the graffiti on social media and walked over to the site. Police arrived shortly after. He doesn’t know who called them.
Baker agreed to be the complainant after police arrived. A detective was on the scene as of 11:40 a.m.
Baker said he contacted the Anti-Defamation League, and he told police the incident should be investigated as a hate crime. Whether it was drawn by a Trump supporter or protestor, the effect is the same, he said.
This is the message that welcomed my son today at Maple Grove Senior High. He does not feel safe at his own school any more. I am not sure of what to tell him!

Ive seen two posts from transgender friends who have had their vehicles keyed and/or their tires slashed.
I saw a post from a mother about how she had to pick her daughter up early from school today because of students taunting her about potentially being deported because they are latinx.
I read a post about how someone was grabbing lunch and overheard someone at a table speaking about being happy to be white and how he will no longer have to work for greedy jews, cause they are almost as bad as the blacks, and that this win will get him back his job.
I read that someone went to Target with a friend and a complete stranger asked the friend who is a man of color,"Hows it feel to be a n***** again?"

My first racist encounter after our new joke of a president, as I am at Wallmart today a woman came up to me and pulled my Hijab of and said "this is not allowed anymore, so go hang yourself with it around your neck not on your head" I am traumtized.
